Buried alive?

I don't think your heart stops but the pulse is too faint to hear and you would have to be paralyzed as well. Usually something would have to make you paralyzed which would be like a snake bite that has venom. I think that would be pretty rare though especially if you live in a city or the suburbs. But since we are lucky enough to have such skilled doctors in this day and age, they would be able to diagnose the problem if you had it. And if they couldn't you can be reured that most funerals take about a week to plan, so you wouldn't be buried. You would become unparalyzed (the venom would wear off) before you were ever put in the ground.
