I'm currently an Administrative istant at my job: in the Executive Office. There's another position (records Management) open in the Department of Finance, the position entails: Receives, opens and categorizes paper mail and electronic doents. Stamps, batches, scans, indexes and routes doents to appropriate users or for archival purposes. My job responsibilities as an AA isnt that much challenging either! All im doing is generating the company newsletter, isting the Executive istant with filing, procedures manuals etc. Although I want to get my Masters Degree in Finance, do you think that its a good move to move from AA to records management?
