Why would parents justify the bullying, condescending, cruel behaviour of some of their children?

which they perpetrate on the youngest child (now an adult)? Why is it okay for one person to always be found guilty when they have done nothing wrong? Why is one individual discredited when they are abused by the others? It is okay if the father abuses, the siblings abuse? Can you explain?
