Chills,Legs hurt WHAT DO I HAVE?

Okay so Thursday I had to go home early from school because My stomach hurt so bad I couldnt Even hardly make it to the restroom.I almost threw up but suprisingly I didnt. I had a really high temp.I came home and I started to get Bad chills. I had to put on like 3 blankets and I was still cold. But it was hot outside. then Friday I felt like crap. I still went to school because I have missed too many days. then It started storming. I had a panic attack. my stomach started hurting. My head hurt. Then Saturday My legs started to hurt SOO bad. I couldnt walk I started shaking . Now today. My stomach hurts really bad, My legs hurt and are Shaking . my hands are shaking. Im soo cold I have on a sweatshirt.Sweatpants,3 Blankets and the heat is on. What do I have? Should I go to the doctors?
