What would you do if this happened to you?

LOL - not that I'm angry or even a , but years ago I may have done something very similar. Keep in mind that you were pressured by friends, but it's very possible she was pressured too. When I sucbed just to get my girlfriend to leave me alone, I agreed to meet this poor guy for coffee. Instead of playing "hard to get" my tactic was "hard to want". I still feel a little bad about it, but my friends absolutely stopped setting me up afterwards. She may have done the same. While the incident probably makes both her and me a lousy person, I think you acted admirably in this very dishonorable cirstance.
