Is Corset for everyone?

I got my 1st corset from Freddrick. I was wondering what kind of style I should match with? Also I am size 2-4 w/ 32, is corset for skinny people like me? I thought it is for hourgl women. Plz Help, don't wanna look like squishy doll.
