Houston area vs Dallas area, Where should I live?

I am recently single, 23 years old, and I am thinking about moving back to Texas. Im not sure if I want to live in the Dallas or Houston area. I lived in Houston about 5 years ago and it was filled with drama but I was also in HS. I want a place that has good people around my age and older, 20-35. I don’t want a college town, for sure. I want somewhere where I can meet a good Texan man and then start a family, eventually. Any suggestions?
