Is there an amendment more ignored than the 10th?

Ignorance. We as a people don't know our own Constitution like we should. My dad recently got a small bunch of pocket Constitutions. I'm going through it now to familiarize myself with it. Also, I'll be taking some US history in the next semester. So, needless to say, we are ignorant. If we really knew what it said, we'd have a different change of heart.
