Physicians or Women. What Can I expect?

Recently my wife and I agreed to some relationship alterations. We are still married of course but we agreed to feminize me. I have started a growing regimen using herbs that do work! I wanted to know if someone could describe or tell me what I can expect as they do begin to grow? I heard that I may notice some physical sensations. What would those be? Thank You all so much!
