What is the difference between the japanese terms "zettai" and "zutto"?

I read that zutto meant consecutively/a lot and that zettai means absolute/unconditional. Is this true? Then what's the difference? When do you use which? Please provide examples if it isn't too much trouble! hehe thank you so much for your help! *bows* ^^
