How to view my webcam from behind a coporate firewall?

I have installed a webcam (planex) and seems to be working fine except in the office. I suspect it has something to do with the ports being blocked / proxy. Attempts with several proxy byp applications and sites have not been successful. Is someone ale to help ? Thanks.
