I'm going to Madrid after tomorrow. Where is there a high concentration of Tapas bars that?

are not overpriced tourist traps? I want to do a "tapas crawl" (where you go from one tapas bar to the next sampling dishes). Where is the best area to do this in? Is there a row of tapas bars concentrated conveniently near each other where locals do their crawl?
