I need help with wedding details?

I am planning on getting married next year prob in may or june. I already have my dress, and we already have our rings. we were going to get married this year but my fiance was laid off and just now went back to work. we already have the place and reception planned. We also have a dj, and a photographer I need help with the small things like plates, cups, food, decorations.etc. Any ideas will help please
