Im looking for a movie but cant remember what it is called, see plot description?

It is a karate film with a guy who moves to a new town right at the start and is bullied so he wants to learn karate but goes to the centre to learn only to find the guys who are bullying him. so he sets up in his garage and bruce lee comes to help him and he gets awesome. there is a black guy who is his friend and helps and 1 of the bullies is a fat guys and i seem to remember him eating burgers like a pig for some reason. cheers for any help guys
