In the philippines, what is the law on partition of the estate by the decedent whose property was inherited.?

The property of my uncle was inherited by him on his parents. He died. He lefts 11 children and a surviving spouse (surviving spouse -2nd wife legally married, first legal wife died already.) how will the property be divided among the heirs? Thank you
