Is there an actual law/'s protecting my right not to vaccinate in California?

I live and go to high school in Utah, so im not sure about California. But I have, on several occasions refused and gotten an exemption form for vaccinations. Hell, I even refused a vaccination for H1N1 while incarcerated. I know I'm not specifically answering your question, but their wouldn't be an exemption form if you couldn't exempt your child. The fear of disease has gotten so high nowadays it is crazy, irrational and straight up stupid. My advice would be to file a complaint to the principal if this harer is an employee of the school. Though you've probably already done so. Stick to your beliefs on this, whether they be health related or spiritual, and tell this harer to eff off. I hope I have helped, even a lil bit.
