Private military organization?

i want to start one i have a fairly good idea but i have a feeling it is going to be hard my dad was a usaf cct for 6 years and he works for sabre international and i am think about being a seal but really i want to start a (PMO) my dad gave me the idea to get NATO to give me contracts and try to be aprt of USSOCOM he is helping me out i just need some tips
