There is something in my belly on! HELP!!!! ASAP!!!?

so its about 2 weeks ago or so and i was thinking to clean my beally on with a q- tip with a rubbing alcohol from CVS. but there is no baby oil because my mom told me that to clean it with baby oil. so i cleaned it and there was something that i couldnt take of with the q-tip and i used my nail to take it off and my nail scratch the skin of my belly on, then it bled because i scratch it with my nail and i did not pay any attention to it because i tought its just a scratch it will heal... then today i notice that there is a red thingy in my belly on. its like a tissue or something that came out out of no where and i'm really affraid if its an infection or somethin. please help me!
