Would somebody tell us What is wrong with having a Balanced Budget Amendment?

I guess we have to be able to qualify for a bank account if we want to understand what it is like to live within your means by balancing our checkbooks every month. Most of us welfare folk's can't get a bank account because we destroyed our credit long ago. I know we can't have one because of our back to back bankruptcies within the past 15 years. So I guess our silver platters are over with and if this government goes bankrupt our checks stop and we'll have to find some work to make our own living instead of us being able to bleed our neighbors. Boo Hoo :( ..we're busted. Guess we'll just have to steal your stuff instead of your money ahead of those thieves who already steal your stuff in addition to getting your money in the form of a welfare check. Oh well...3 meals a day and a roof over our head with satellite TV, exercise room, medical care, and psychological counseling...all is good whatever comes because we'll still be making our living off our neighbors..
