Please please help i'm soo sensitive?

So this is ruining my life. I'm so sensitive "down there" that I can't wear underwear. It's not like I just don't want to wear it, it's like an actual I'll break down and start crying hysterically if I wear underwear for even a minute. I know it's disgusting, but I was born with it. I told my dad I wanted to go see the doctor because I really think it might be something. I've had this problem since I was like, 5. It ruins my life. If I go to the doctor, do you think they might possibly be able to help? Please I just got my first period and I'm too small for tampons. Worst day ever.
